Zleep now reserves the right to refuse or cancel your online order for any reason, at any time before the products are dispatched. Receiving an order confirmation does not signify acceptance of your online order by Zleep now, but simply confirmation that we have received your order. If Zleep now refuses an order, you will be notified by email as soon as reasonably possible, and any payments made by you for that order will be refunded.
  • All online orders must be paid in full immediately upon entering the Agreement. The conversion rate varies daily with the foreign exchange rate. Your financial institution or payment provider may also charge currency conversion fees. Order cancellation

Defective Products Policy

  • Every product we ship undergoes an initial quality control check. However, if you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, Zleep Now will replace the item or refund the cost, provided it is returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible after receiving your order so we can guide you through the next steps and the returns process. Please provide our team with photos that clearly show the defect or fault and a brief description for a preliminary assessment.
  • If the product is confirmed to be defective, Zleep now will replace the item (subject to stock availability) or refund the price paid for the defective item to your original payment method. If the product is determined not to be defective, it will be returned to you.
  • If, in our reasonable opinion, the item has reached an unacceptable quality due to wear and tear in the course of normal use, misuse, or failure to use in accordance with the garment care instructions, then this does not constitute a defect or fault.

Gift cards

  • Gift cards purchased through Zleepnow.com can only be redeemed on this website. Gift cards purchased through Zleepnow.com are issued in euros (EUR). Gift cards are digital gift cards and will be automatically emailed to the customer after purchase. A unique code will be sent to the email address entered at checkout.
  • Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and are non-refundable. Zleep now is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.

Discount codes and promotions

  • Zleep now may occasionally offer promotional discount codes that can be applied to certain specific orders placed through this website. If your order is eligible, the discount code can be applied by entering it in the 'gift card or discount code' field on the checkout page and clicking 'apply'. The promotional value will be applied to your order immediately. If the discount code was not entered on the checkout page but the order was placed during the promotional event, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible after submitting the order. It is at Zleep now's sole discretion whether the discounted amount can be refunded to you.

Customs information outside the EU
