How can I exchange an item for a different size or make a return within the EU? (30 days)

- All orders can be returned for a size exchange or a refund within 30 days of receiving the products, provided they have not been washed or used and retain the original tags.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, with all original labels and hygiene stickers still attached, within 30 days of receiving the products.
How can I exchange a size or make a return outside the EU? (15 days)

- All orders can be returned for a size exchange or a refund within 15 days of receiving the products, provided they have not been washed or used and retain the original tags.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, with all original labels and hygiene stickers still attached, within 15 days of receiving the products.
When will my return be processed and when will I receive my refund?
- Returns may take up to 7 to 10 business days from the delivery date to be evaluated and processed by us. Once your return or refund has been processed, you will receive an email notification.
- Refunds will be processed via the original payment method used for the order. Depending on your payment method and financial institution, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
- If you choose the option of For store credit , you'll need to log in to place your next order. At checkout, before payment is processed, you'll see the available refund amount. Please note that once you select store credit, a cash refund is not possible.
Who covers the return shipping costs?
- Returns are free in Spain.
- For the rest of the world, customers will be responsible for shipping and handling costs when returning any unwanted items.
Can I return a discounted item?
- Sale items that have a discount can be returned for a refund or store credit.
